Sorry for the delay on this ask. I’ve been a little inactive lately.

Preworkout: Shotgun, l-Argentine, also a meal an hour before

During workout: BCAA

After: Shake or meal

Ill have a protein shake if i don’t have enough time to make a meal after my workout. I drink whey gold standard.

I eat a pretty strict diet 5 days a week and do whatever on the weekend to refeed. Normally just count out the calories in my-fitness pal once and eat the same meals every day during the week. I don’t need much variety.

Right now its 8 eggs(4 white, 4 whole)/bowl of oats/1lbs of chicken/1lbs of beef/1bag of spinach/1 onion/1 bag of frozen sweet potato fries. Then after my workout ill either have a shake or get some food depending on how hungry I am and how i feel. If i had a big workout and im feeling drained ill load up on some more carbs/protein.

Normally make breakfest and prep the rest of my meals at the same time. Normally looks like this:

4 meals with 4oz of chicken/4oz beef/ 1/4 bag of spinach/ 1/4 onion/ and 1/4th bag of sweet potato fries/ with some organic sharp cheddar on top.

Keep in mind i weigh around 210 and a ectomorph. I have to eat a lot more than the average person to put on weight. So i wouldn’t recommend following this portion size, instead find out how many calories you need to bulk or cut and go by that. Google is your friend for that.

I don’t really do any strict cardio right now. If im feeling up for it ill do some farmers walks and sled pushes on an off day. I normally dont take long breaks between sets. If im cutting weight i normally put everything in a super-set and do “circuits” which is basically cardio.
